Our data is generated by grouping the latest property sales data by suburb, bedroom count and bathroom count then deriving the median across our metrics. The metrics are standard industry valuation tools and do not take into consideration a number of market conditions. These include but are not limited to adverse environmental issues, state of repair, improvements, renovations and aesthetics.

Our metrics are point-in-time and do not guarantee future accuracy as market conditions continue to change and develop over time. They should be used as a comparison point to past sales but will not always be representative of future performance.

To the full extent permitted by law, Vallu excludes all liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising or suffered by the recipient, whether as a result of the recipient's reliance on the accuracy of an Estimated Value or otherwise arising in connection with an Estimated Value.
