We are trying to make it easier than ever to compare property purchases across key valuation metrics, allowing you to make data-driven investments.

Why use our analysis

When looking to buy an investment property many people find a few properties they like and then request property price reports from reputable sites to get an idea of what the property is worth.

Many of these property analysis reports only factor in sale prices of similar properties in the area to give you a rought idea of what the property is worth. This may be sufficient for people looking to buy a home but for an investor there are a few problems with this:

  • Not accounting for rental performance

    These standard property reports don't factor in the properties long-term rental performance which is crucial for investors.

  • Skewed by demand

    These other reports are heavily skewed by the current property market, when markets are high prices will also reflect that. Investors however are not only comparing current property prices but also want to understand how the current market reflects the properties long-term profitability.

  • Difficult to compare across suburbs

    Other reports are useful for comparing prices for similar properties in the same area but make it difficult to compare across suburbs.

Generate an analysis

To generate an analysis in a few easy steps, and then modify it on the fly by updating the price or the rent estimates.

Steps to generate an analysis:

    Search for your property, if we don't currently have it you will just need to manually enter the details but the analysis will still work.

    Add the price you are looking to pay or the price the seller is asking, don't worry you can change this at any time.

    Now just let us generate a property analysis, this will calculate a number of metrics and show you how the property compares to other similar properties. After that you can adjust the price or rent to see how it impacts the analysis.
